Guemes Island Planning Advisory Committee

Michael Brown opened the special GIPAC meeting at 3:30 PM following the Annual Meeting. Present were board members Michael Brown, Jep Burdock, Allen Bush, Gabe Murphy, Steve Orsini and Patty Rose.

New Business - Officers were chosen by consensus: Michael Brown, Chair, Allen Bush Vice Chair, Patty Rose Secretary and Jep Burdock Treasurer.

It was agreed that we will create a work plan for the new year at our December meeting. Gabe will look into setting up Google data storage for the group. It was decided to explore changing banks  and Jep and Steve will work on the transition to a new bank. Steve also offered to file our non-profit paperwork with the Secretary of State.

There was discussion of our response to the County Commissioners after our November 4 work session. Michael will draft a letter and send it to board members after which we can give it to the attorney.

The next GIPAC meeting will be December 6.

Michael adjourned the meeting at 4:15.
