Hal led a discussion re: board nominations for open seats at our Annual Meeting in November (date to be established).  Nominations open for the board at our meeting in September, nominations taken from the floor in October, slate then voted on during the November annual meeting.  People interested in joining GIPAC should let their interest be known to any one of the board members.

USGS study – Hal asked about the status of Class A well systems giving data to the USGS team.  It looks like the study will commence some time in September.

There will be a rainwater catchment tour on Sept 17, 2022.  So far, the Orsini, Brown and Lewis systems will be on the tour.  More info to follow.

Patty Rose asked the board for input concerning trail improvements at the Peach Preserve to make it ADA compliant.  The board unanimously voted to encourage that development.

Short Term Rentals – It was agreed by the board to shelve discussions about the issue until more info from the county becomes available.

Hal Rooks adjourned the meeting at 8:20pm.
